WOODLAND MANAGEMENT

Part of our conservation work we manage woodlands by removing dead wood, creating habitat piles, managing the undergrowth, creating deer lawns and safe pathways as well as planting new trees to create a wider diversity.

We have a strong commitment to wildlife conservation work in the form of managing woodlands. We remove dead trees, create habitat piles, deer lawns and manage undergrowth, we tackle invasive plants such as Himalayan balsam. We work on SSSI. Sites being sympathetic to the existing wildlife and plant native species to encourage a wider diversity.
